Final Exam

Call Dave to schedule a time to take the Final Exam. The exam is based on the lessons. It will take about 45 minutes. I’ll give you a pretend research topic, such as George Washington, and then you’ll show me how you find books, articles and websites on that topic. You’ll think aloud for me, explaining while you might use a particular source and not another. It will be as low stress as I can make it! It’s really a last chance for me to teach you any tricks that you didn’t learn during the semester. And, of course, it’ll be a great opportunity for you to think about what you have learned. I usually ask students to muse aloud, asking, “Of all the things you’ve learned this semester, what have been 2 or 3 of the most useful tricks, concepts or approaches?”

The test will be given in the Cañada Library by appointment. Please bring your log sheet with you to the Final.
