Study Abroad in Italy
Information meeting will be held Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Are you interested in studying abroad? Lisa Palmer, professor of English, will lead a student group to Florence, Italy next spring. Students will depart the U.S. on Jan. 29 and return to the U.S. in late April. Courses are taught by Northern California Study Abroad Consortium faculty and American Institute for Foreign Study faculty. Students will stay in twin room apartments with cooking facilities and there will be subsidized extracurricular activities including walking tours, cooking classes, wine tasting lectures, ballet, soccer matches and day trips to Siena and Pisa.
An information meeting will be held Thursday, Sept. 30 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the District Office Board Room adjacent to the College of San Mateo. The deadline for priority registration is Oct. 15.
